Regency Super Speciality Hospital Kanpur Opens, Expanding Regency Health’s Healthcare Capacity Across Uttar Pradesh
Regency Health has launched Regency Super Speciality Hospital Kanpur, marking a significant milestone in its 30-year healthcare journey in Uttar Pradesh. With the opening of the new super-speciality healthcare facility, Regency Health’s total capacity in the state has grown to over 1,400 beds across 9 healthcare facilities in major cities of Uttar Pradesh.
The launch marks a major expansion of Regency Health’s presence in Kanpur. More than 300 people witnessed the launch, while over 700 people visited the new facility, reflecting the strong response to the opening.
The new facility takes Regency Health Kanpur’s overall capacity to approximately 775 beds, supported by 9 Operation Theatres and 110+ ICU beds. The hospital brings together more than 200 specialists across 33+ specialities, significantly strengthening Regency Health’s capacity to manage specialised and complex medical needs in Kanpur.
The opening represents an important step in expanding access to super-speciality healthcare in the region, bringing together greater bed capacity, critical care infrastructure, and a wide range of clinical expertise.
The milestone also reflects the contribution of Dr. Atul Kapoor, Founder & Managing Director, Regency Health, who has dedicated three decades to building and expanding Regency’s healthcare presence across Uttar Pradesh.
