You can choose from the list of the following Govt ID proofs:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Driving License
  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Voter ID

Vaccination for COVID-19 is voluntary. However, it is advisable to receive the complete schedule of COVID-19 vaccine for protecting oneself against this disease and also to limit the spread of this disease to close contacts including family members, friends, relatives, and co-workers.

The vaccines are introduced in the country only after the regulatory bodies cleared them based on their safety and efficacy.

You may experience common and minor side effects like pain, redness, or swelling at the vaccination site, headache, muscle or joint pain, fever of 100.4°F (38°C) or higher, chills, and fatigue.

Yes, persons with one or more of these comorbid conditions are considered among the high-risk category. The maximum benefit of getting the COVID-19 vaccine is for those who have such comorbidities.

According to the guidelines, women who are pregnant or not sure of their pregnancy, and lactating women should not receive COVID-19 vaccine at this time.

We advise you to continue following key COVID-19 Appropriate Behaviours like wearing of mask, doing hand sanitization and following social distancing (or 6 feet or Do Gaj).

Longevity of the immune response in vaccinated individuals is yet to be determined. Hence, continuing the use of masks, handwashing, physical distancing and other COVID-19 appropriate behaviours is strongly recommended.
