On 21st July 2026, Regency Health, in association with the Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP) ALS-BLS Group, organised IAP CPR Day 2026 – Sanjeevani: The Mass CPR Awareness Program at Regency Hospital, Kanpur. The initiative aimed to create greater awareness about Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) while equipping citizens with essential life-saving skills through hands-on CPR and choking first aid training.
The programme witnessed the participation of around 100 non-healthcare professionals, reinforcing the importance of empowering communities to respond confidently during medical emergencies. Participants received practical training in performing high-quality Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and first aid for choking emergencies under the guidance of experienced medical professionals.

Through practical demonstrations and interactive learning sessions, participants gained the confidence to identify medical emergencies and administer immediate CPR and choking first aid until professional medical assistance arrives.
