Avoid activities that trigger smoking

Being in their company and discussing the benefits of quitting smoking can encourage you to give up your nicotine habit.

31st May every year is marked as World Anti-Tobacco Day. This annual event is aimed at creating public awareness about the risks of tobacco use, and the business practices of tobacco firms. The global event aims to bring everyone on the path of the right to health and a healthy lifestyle as well as to protect future generations.
